They embarked on a mission to create top sim racing wheelbases. Their goal was excellence, but with affordability in mind. They decided against simply reselling and adjusting a standard industrial servo motor. Instead, they drew inspiration from their award-winning pedals and steering wheels, and started from scratch.

They invested significantly and secured intellectual properties from leading market vendors. They also formed a partnership with Mige, a well-known motor supplier in sim racing. They devoted countless hours to the development of various components. These included electronics, software, firmware, mechanics, cooperation, design, testing, and validation.

Now the time has come to reveal the Forte® 18Nm Direct Drive Wheelbase!

Asetek SimSports® maintains its product quality. Whether customers choose the La Prima™ series or the premium Invicta™ products, they can expect the same level of quality, durability, and ingenious engineering.

Each wheelbase, ranging from 12-27Nm, comes equipped with a high-end 22-bit encoder, slipring, and electronics. This combination ensures an unparalleled driving experience, making issues like cogging and lagging a thing of the past. All essential components are made of robust aluminum and steel.

All Asetek SimSports® wheelbases provide smooth, super responsive, and precise feedback to the driver, where you will feel even the smallest bumps and curbs on the road. As an example – each of our wheelbases has a resolution of 0,000085 degrees or roughly 4.000.000 steps in just one revolution of the wheel!
